基于图像分析光学伪装效果的定量评价系统

针对传统的伪装效果评价容易受到试验条件、时间、经费等多方面限制的问题,提出了一种基于图像定量评价光学伪装效果的方法。利用AHP对颜色和形状进行权重的分析,得出颜色和形状的权重系数W1和W2,通过颜色评价系数对伪装图案与背景的图像颜色相似度进行定量评价,利用横纵比差值来对伪装图案与背景的图像形状相似度进行评价,最终得出基于图像分析光学伪装评价效果的定量评价系统。实验结果表明,该评价系统可实现对伪装图案与背景的颜色和形状相似程度的定量评价。     

温度测量在食品加热与保鲜中的运用

保持食品的健康和美味,必须运用到现代化的食品保鲜技术,依靠这些技术进行合理的加热或冷藏,可使食品不易变质。在食品保鲜技术中,温度的控制一直是较难掌握的技术之一,而只有合适的温度才能为食品加热与保鲜创造最有效的储藏环境,为此,必须着重发挥温度测量的作用,以有效提高食品加热保鲜的合理性。     

Measurement of patient-reported outcomes. 1: The search for the Holy Grail

Abstract

Patient-reported outcome measures (PROMs) are used to collect information directly from patients. They may cover several different types of outcomes ranging from symptoms, functioning, utility, satisfaction, through to quality-of-life (QoL). They generally consist of self-completed questionnaires that can be administered by means of hard copies or in a range of electronic formats. PROMs vary considerably in terms of the constructs they assess, the care with which they are developed, and their scientific quality. However, none of the PROMs available approach the quality of measurement achieved by measures/instruments used in physics. PROs are examples of latent variables. These are not directly observable, but can be inferred from, for example, responses to a questionnaire. The only measure of a latent variable that approaches the quality of measurement achieved by the physical sciences is the Lexile Framework for Reading. This framework is based on a construct theory that grew out of an analysis of several available reading measures. A specification equation was generated that was able to link the construct theory to scores obtained with the Lexile measure. A fundamental requirement of this quality of measurement is that the data collected with the model fit Rasch Measurement Theory (RMT). It is argued that PROM developers should aspire to match this level of measurement sophistication if their instruments are to provide valid insights into the impacts of disease and its treatment.

省级主体功能区规划实施评价

主体功能区规划是指导国土空间开发的宏观和战略性规划。随着规划进入实施阶段,实施评价研究亟待展开。以省级主体功能区规划为对象设计了总体框架,探讨了结果—过程评价相结合的规划实施评价指标设计思路,分别从规划目标实现程度、分区功能落实情况、规划实施保障机制和规划社会影响评价4个方面,选择31个具有代表性的指标确定了规划实施评价的指标体系,并对主体功能区规划实施评价指标权重确定、指标标准化、评价方法等进行了探讨。

From talent management to talent optimization

The term ‘talent management’ has been around for quite some time, but definitions abound around the globe, applications are varied and a plethora of measures—mostly tactical—are currently being used. This article addresses how the concept of talent management is of both theoretical and practical value in any industry or geography. How can we know when talent investments have been optimized? What is the talent lifecycle and why is it important? Additionally, the article presents and illustrates the People Equity framework that serves as a global bridge between important individual and business outcomes such as turnover, financial performance, quality, productivity, customer retention, and organizational processes and policies that drive high or low talent optimization.     

Measuring financial risk and portfolio reversion with time changed tempered stable Lévy processes

Given that underlying assets in financial markets exhibit stylized facts such as leptokurtosis, asymmetry, clustering properties and heteroskedasticity effect, this paper applies the stochastic volatility models driven by tempered stable Lévy processes to construct time changed tempered stable Lévy processes (TSSV) for financial risk measurement and portfolio reversion. The TSSV model framework permits infinite activity jump behaviors of returns dynamics and time varying volatility consistently observed in financial markets by introducing time changing volatility into tempered stable processes which specially refer to normal tempered stable (NTS) distribution as well as classical tempered stable (CTS) distribution, capturing leptokurtosis, fat tailedness and asymmetry features of returns in addition to volatility clustering effect in stochastic volatility. Through employing the analytical characteristic function and fast Fourier transform (FFT) technique, the closed form formulas for probability density function (PDF) of returns, value at risk (VaR) and conditional value at risk (CVaR) can be derived. Finally, in order to forecast extreme events and volatile market, we perform empirical researches on Hangseng index to measure risks and construct portfolio based on risk adjusted reward risk stock selection criteria employing TSSV models, with the stochastic volatility normal tempered stable (NTSSV) model producing superior performances relative to others.     

火力发电厂中基于光纤传感技术的火灾报警系统设计

针对国内外电厂对缆式线型感温的设计要求,突出了线型感温探测的重要性。从光纤感温探测的原理开始,对整套系统进行了结构性研究。主要研究了系统结构、探测光缆、控制器等组件。结合拉曼散射原理,剖析温度变化引起探测光缆的吸收和反吸收效应;强调了光学感温探测系统的应用优势和安装条件等。最后结合实体项目,分析对比了传统感温电缆和光学感温探测系统在实际工程应用中的优缺点,并提出了优化方案,以提高火灾报警系统的工作效率。
